We currently do not sell & dispatch our products to locations outside the UK via our online website, however we are confident this will change in time. Despite this, we are open to selling our products internationally through Wholesale purchase and online retailers.

Acknowledgements
We, Tripec, do not accept any liability for Undelivered items lost during transit as we use Royal Mail as a third party service. However, we will assist you in finding a solution if you have paid for goods you did not receive.
Solutions for lost items may include a full refund, a partial refund or an identical replacement (depending on circumstance).

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns up to 14 days after purchase if;
the product is in the exact original condition as when it was dispatched.
the product does not show any signs of excessive wear.
the body of the product has not been damaged by the user.
the print of the product has not been damaged by the user.

If you wish to be refunded or exchange your item for another, you must return the product to us so we are able to conduct a full examination.

To be more waste-conscious we’ve decided to remove physical copies of Despatch/ Delivery notes to smaller orders. But don’t worry!
